Season 1

Well, Season 1 of Football Manager 2009, and the team that I picked was Liverpool, because I support them and I am very passionate about them, and as Rafael Benitez hasn't won us the title yet I thought I would have a go, and at the start of the season I was ripping my hair out, but after 9 games we are at the top of the table by 3 points with Manchester united having a game in hand, and a better goal difference by 2 goals, In the summer I didn't buy any players but about my 6th game I decided to purchase Micheal Owen and sell Robbie Keane, So I have to wait until January to receive Micheal Owen, at the start of the season I had major defensive problems, I would be leading 2-0 at half-time and lose 3-2 to lower teams like Wigan, at one point we were beating Chelsea at the break 2-0 and they were thrashing us, and I mean thrashing us, we just got 2 lucky goals, and didn't deserve them really, but that's football I guess, I'm doing alright in the Champions League and I am qualifying for the Knockout stages at the moment. The big main problem I have about this game is that it's a little un-realistic, like I have seen in peoples blog that Manchester United have finished 10th or something daft like that.
Manchester City:
I just want to talk about Manchester City, because as they have just recently got this cash injection, I was quiet interested on how they would get on, at the moment they aren't doing anything that's lightning up the Premiership there just sitting 12th in the league the moment
